The staff were very friendly and attentive. We booked the deluxe room with private pool on the first floor. The room itself was very nice but the pool gets hardly any sun so we didn't swim in it (even though it was very hot mid-August weather outside). The location is excellent and surrounded by bars and lots of restaurants and an easy 15 minute walk to the beach as well. Would stay again if I needed accomodation in Seminyak but would probably opt for a regular room :)

I have stayed here three times. The breakfast is very good and they are renovating the restaurant to match the new menu. Brilliant location; walking distance to everywhere I want to be and only a short taxi to other places interesting. Very friendly and helpful staff; the people at the front desk are always warm and generous with their time. I cannot recommend more highly for those looking for a convenient, well positioned and value for money property.

Breakfast - buffet or order from them menu, both included. Location is excellent. room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was modern and open with lots of fresh air. We didn't fly until late, the hotel looked after our bags so we could go out for the day, then we used the roof top pool and shower before it was time to go to the airport. Kasih on reception was lovely and so helpful. And the towel art!!!!

We didn’t have the breakfast but WOW will we be back. The facilities and service was outstanding at what felt like such a reasonable price! The location was fantastic with so much around you and a quick 10-20min walk to some if the more popular locations. Clubs and bars just a couple minutes down the street if you’re into the night life, but far enough to not be disturbed if you don’t want to be kept up at night. Staff come through daily to reset your complimentary water, towels and reset the blanket. The cleanliness of the rooms were amazing and the overall comfort was amazing.

The cleanliness of the room, the staff were super friendly. Each time we called for something it was at our room within minutes. Although its on a busy street it’s very quiet in the hotel. The food at the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

We paid for breakfast but had to leave the hotel early for tours. They packed us our breakfast so we can bring it on the go, we just had to go early to pick it up which was great! The staff at the front are very helpful. Love the theme of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops on the same street! Very convenient. Room was always clean and great AC! Breakfast was AMAZING. Loved the chicken and the food was delicious! The pool and view was very nice but too bad we didn't have time to swim!
